Here's a quick S-Rank of one of the earlier levels in Cuphead. After beating the game on Normal difficulty, an Expert difficulty will unlock. Playing on Expert is the only way to get an S-Rank.

This category was a really fun challenge to take on now that I have just recently returned to Cuphead in preparation for the DLC. I think collecting the heart to give yourself that extra hitpoint to help with the 3/3 HP Bonus for S ranks and to damage boost through the P rank levels more is a massive help. This time could definitely be improved, there is a lot of difficult fights and ways to save time as well as some very RNG heavy bosses that can outright kill the run or give you a massive time save. King's Champions can also be considered to be bosses, but I didn't feel like including them.
All of the bosses for the Cuphead DLC completed on expert difficulty with an S-rank and taking no damage. The King's Gauntlet and the secret devil boss do not have an expert difficulty setting (or a final results ranking) but are completed without taking damage. I opted for Cuphead with the coffee charm as that's what I'm most used to when I did S-ranks for the base game. Smoke bomb and the heart ring are strong choices, since you can skip certain mechanics with the invincible dash and the heart ring lets you gain health from parries, and provided you remain at three or more health you can take damage and still earn an S-rank. Oh the humanity!! To be honest, I put off doing Hilda for approximately 2 and a half years because I really really sucked at this fight. Now that it's the cursed end of 2021, I feel like I've gotten good enough to try again. Remember, to S Rank Hilda, you need... 1. to beat the level in less than 2 minutes 2. to finish the level with 3 HP 3. to parry 3 times 4. to use 6 bars of super 5. to play on expert mode.
